It’s time for select Airtel users to be happy as they may get surprised by a free offer of 1GB data. Yes, this offer as reported by OnlyTech claims that 1GB of data is being given to the users at no cost. Let’s see the details.
Airtel Free Data Offer: Which customers are getting it?
As per OnlyTech, the new Airtel offer is received by users of the company’s Rs. 48 and Rs. 49 plans. But not all the users are getting it. Rather, the surprise offer is offered to the customers randomly. Or so it seems. Even if there’s any mechanism, then that’s not clear at the moment.
By default, the ₹48 and ₹49 plans come with 3GB and 100MB of data. This 1GB benefit would be over and top of that.
Now, note that the extra 1GB data will be applicable only whence you redeem a coupon from the Coupons section within the Airtel app. So, make sure you do that.
